This has got to be a record. Maybe I'm finally turning over a new leaf, but I wouldn't hold my breath!
Before I start adding more detail onto the site, like completing the rules or adding in the family history, i want to make a few amendments to the pages that are already there. I've retitled some of the pages so as to more accurately reflect the content. Also the page about planning the stadium (now called "The Gaelic Vision") has been slightly rewritten to take into account the changes in ideas I had. Remember, this website was started before I became part of the larger Subbuteo community on the internet and was made aware that many of my hair-brained ideas had already been accomplished by others. The "Pairc Na Ríocht" section (now "Stadium History") is now going to be re-written. The jokes are going to be taken out to focus more on the evolution of the stadium from cardboard boxes in the 80s to plaster of paris stands quarter of a century later.
I also want to rewrite the homepage. A lot of the things said on the homepage at the moment have or will be repeated on other pages. I want to have a homepage that appears professional, that makes a statement and captures people's interest. I'd love to hear any ideas anyone has, but who am I kidding? Hardly anyone reads this blog, and so far no-one has commented on anything...
Ah well. On the off-chance that someone has accidentally stumbled across this blog, I hope you stay tuned to see if I can emulate Kerry's four in a row (and Wexford, Cork and Kilkenny)
